Hawaii
Fellowship

“UA MAU KE EA O KA AINA
I KA PONO” is the Hawaii State Motto.
It is translated “The
life of the land is perpetuated in righteousness”.

II Chronicles 7:14
If my people, which are
called by my name, shall humble themselves
and pray, and seek my face, and turn
from their wicked ways;
then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their
sin, and will heal their land.

Our Hawaii fellowship is a military
fellowship open to all.
Its presence is represented on several naval ships home
ported in Hawaii as well as some shore commands.
Aside from the local residents,
the Hawaii fellowship
is frequented by naval personnel finding port in Hawaii
during their underway periods, particularly by
brothers and sisters of our San
Diego congregation.

In Hawaii, our services
are held each Sunday in a home
off base at Royal Kunia in Waipahu. Bible studies
are also
conducted throughout the week in the YMCA at Pearl Harbor
and at
residences onboard the Marine Corps Base in Kaneohe Bay
and in the town of Aiea.
Other activities are also organized
by the group to enjoy the beautiful
surroundings in a godly fashion.

As a tropical paradise
to many, the testimony of Christian
living is greatly needed in Hawaii.
Thankfully, we are able to see
this accomplished though this outreach. Mahalo.
